Privacy Policy
What we collect
To process a booking we collect your name, phone number, and email address. If you create an account, we also store your bio and address fields if you choose to add them. We never ask for or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
How we use it
Your details are shared with the driver assigned to your booking so they can reach you, and used to send booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and reminder messages by email and, where enabled, WhatsApp.
Booking as a guest, then creating an account
If you book without an account and later sign up (or log in) using the same phone number or email, we automatically link that earlier guest booking to your new account so it shows up in your booking history — you don't need to do anything for this to happen.
Cookies
We use exactly one cookie — a session cookie set only when you log in, to keep you signed in. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't use your information for advertising outside Explore Kerala.
Your controls
You can update your profile details at any time from your account, and request deletion of your account and booking history by contacting us.
